Up to 16 guests

  • The Pacific Room is a private dining room, where your group will be seated in 1-2 tables depending on guest count.

    Groups of this size are able to order off of our full dinner & drinks menus a la carte. Please let us know if you would like to do any pre-ordered items, like shared apps or dessert.

    please note that large party reservations open up 3 months out, and we require bookings be made at least 10 days in advance.

  • Weekdays : $400 Room Rental + $900 minimum*

    Weekends : $500 Room Rental + $1200 minimum*

    *before taxes & 20% gratuity

    (room rental also acts as your deposit & is non-refundable)

    No split checks, non-alcoholic beverages are included in pricing

  • Food & Beverage

    Our full menu is available to order from individually, but everything must be on one check. (We can separate bar from food or use multiple cards.)

    Decorations

    Some decorations are welcome, though we will have limited surface space so we recommend keeping any table decoration on the smaller side.

  • The Pacific Room is a private dining room, where your group will be seated in 2-3 tables depending on guest count.

    Together, we decide upon a 2-3 course family-style menu for you and your guests ahead of time. We also offer wine bottle service, and our full bar options a la carte.

    please note that large party reservations open up 3 months out, and we require bookings be made at least 10 days in advance.

  • Weekdays : $400 Room Rental + $75/person minimum*

    Weekends : $500 Room Rental + $85/person minimum*

    *before taxes & 20% gratuity

  • Food & Beverage

    Food is served family-style (large format). Additional meals or to-go food is not permitted. Not all food off the regular dinner menu is available family-style.

Pharmaceutical

  • The Pacific Room is fully private, with closed doors and the option to turn off music in the room. (Servers will need to come in periodically to drop off food & drinks. )

    If your group is bringing AV, the max party size is 14 with no backs to the screen.

    Wooden City does not provide any AV equipment, however we do have outlets and free wifi for guests.

  • Alcohol

    If you are not providing your group with alcohol, guests may pay for their own tabs individually.

    Food & Beverage

    Our full menu is available to order from. Each guest orders 1 appetizer, 1 entree, and 1 dessert. Additional meals or to-go food is not permitted.

    Service

    Guests will order their full meals with the server upon the whole group's arrival. There will be a 25 minute period between the first and second course with no service interruptions to account for presentations. Your server will return with regular service for the remaining duration of your event.
